Justin Bieber Sued For Causing Permanent Ear Damage !

Justin Bieber's live show is painful to listen to according to an Oregon woman who insists she was hit with a "sound blast" at one of his concerts that left her with permanent ear damage.

According to the lawsuit, Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to watch Bieber's show in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010.

Betts reveals it was incredibly loud inside the arena thanks to Justin's shrieking fans but Bieber made it much worse when he climbed into a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" which was pulled out into the crowd.

In the lawsuit, Betts claims Bieber "created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion."

Betts tells the gondola acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears."

As a result, Betts claims she now suffers from tinnitus which causes a constant pulsing, whooshing shound that makes it hard to sleep. She also complains of other hearing-related damage.

She's now filing a lawsuit against Justin Bieber - along with Bieber's record label, the concert promoter and the arena -and demanding $9.23 million in damages.

What do you think?

Is this lawsuit reasonable or not?

Justin Bieber's Harassment Complaint

Justin Bieber has filed a harassment complaint against one of the paparazzi who chased him down an L.A. freeway Friday, stating the guy was a maniac on the road and put several lives in jeopardy.

A CHP officer dropped by Justin's music video shoot downtown Friday and according to law enforcement sources , the officer was there to take Justin's statement after Justin filed the complaint.

According to reports, Justin originally reached out to police following Friday's high speed chase because the photog in question had been extremely aggressive on the road- much worse than the other photogs.

It has to be noted that the highway chase reached speeds exceeding 100mph with some paparazzi even riding the shoulder to keep up with Bieber.

Cops eventually stopped Justin, 18, citing him for speeding and reportedly that's when Bieber filed the complaint, giving police the offending pap's license plate number.

It has to be mentioned that the pap in question was ironically at Bieber's music video shoot this afternoon when the CHP officer dropped by snapping away.

According to reports, cops took the pap's statement too and are now investigating him for harassment.

Justin Bieber Addicted To Speed: Should His Driving Privileges Be Revoked ?

Justin Bieber obviously has a big issue with speeding, because according to reports by celebrity website TMZ, Justin's dangerous joyride Friday wasn't the first time he shattered L.A.'s speed limit in a fancy car.

Just last year, law enforcement sources reveal that Bieber was cited for going 90 in a Range Rover-not exactly the safest car for breakneck speeds.

The ticket was reportedly paid, but apparently, Bieber didn't learn his lesson because he allegedly topped 100mph Friday in his chromed out Fisker Karma, weaving in and out of traffic.

It has to be noted that Justin's list of driving infractions doesn't end with speeding either because he was pulled over in October for cutting off a CHP officer driving his Batmobile-themed Cadillac.

Less than two months later, Bieber was pulled over again for making an unsafe left turn in the same Batmobile-themed car.

It seems that Bieber is addicted to speed which is very dangerous. He is young and apparently is not aware of the danger he faces by his reckless driving but he also puts other people's lives in jeopardy...

So, the question is: "Should Justin's driving privileges be revoked?"

Justin Bieber 911 Call: Speeding On The Freeway

Justin Bieber just got cited for speeding on the freeway and for Justin's bad luck the witness who called 911 happens to be an L.A. City Councilman! The wirness claimed that Bieber should have been cuffed, locked up and stripped of his driving privileges.

L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine, who ironically was an LAPD motor officer for 18 years, was on the 101 Freeway when he saw Justin in his chrome Fisker Karma roaring down the freeway at speeds that Zine states exceeded 100 mph.

Zine revealed that Bieber was trying to shake a team of paparazzi that was after him.

Zine quoted as saying: "Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane."

Zine adds: "If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving. I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship.

Zine also noted that the paparazzi were incredibly irresponsible, driving on the shoulder of the freeway and causing an extreme hazard. After he was pulled over, at least 4 paparazzi were swarming Bieber's car.

Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun told that Zine "is just a councilman looking for a headline." Braun claims that Justin was cited for going 80 mph and he was being chased by the paparazzi. Braun adds a short time after getting ticketed, the paparazzi resumed their pursuit and Justin called 911.

Law enforcement sources reveal that after Bieber called 911, police caught up to his car and pulled him over again along with the paparazzi following him. The cops reportedly warned the paparazzi to behave themselves and everyone was sent on their way.

Law enforcement sources revealed that they are now investigating the paparazzi for creating a hazardous situation.

It is apparently not Justin's fault. Sadly, he should not drive- not because of his dangerous driving but because of his celebrity status. Justin should be protected from the paparazzi and the crazy fans who repeatedly stalk him. It is time for Justin to get a driver! Hope his manager will fix it soon! For Justin 's safety...
