A little bit of Sandra in the sun ;))

hi dear readers!!

i'm on holiday in a holiday! haha cant un? its ok. means i'm having time off work!

anyways like i promised, i managed to take a few pics of myself in a blue bikini given by my bestie Maryanne. (there are 3 other more in cupboard )- more will be upcoming when i got time go beach.

Erm, first before u see em,i have to clarify as not to disappoint u nice folks, i dont have a toned super sexay body like those u see in James bond movies or Female magazines cause :

no.1 - no make up worn. 100% ugly natural.
 no.2- no exercise ever done
no.3- no photoshop skills to airbrush my "assets"

1 thing i love about penang beaches n swimming pools up tanjung bungah n B.feringgi area is NOBODY WOULD JUDGE what u wear or what ur doing..its like so many tourist just doing their stuff and everybody is open, friendly and practically not nosy. nutshell, nobody gives a damn what u do lah!
nobody glared or stared at me while i walked along the beach taking photos and later swimming..i felt so free and easy!
try to do the same thing in my hometown Seremban and see the reaction u will get( boo!!)...hahaha!

i have invisible short pants line..see it?

quick lah, got ants biting my leg d!

haha the beach boy made a joke about sharks in the water!

peace on earth! yahoo!

helo, enjoying the sunset ..ahh

helo! my eyes are up here! haha

goodbye to a wonderful day =)

like my pics or are they an eyesore? (if its ok i will wear the more sexier orange one next!! ehehe)

*Tomorrow is Bersih 2.0 wonder what will happen. hope all turns out well and i get to go kl for wedding as planned!

perfect sunday

A perfect sunday begins when u wake up on the RIGHT side of bed- smiling from enough sleep n no sinus sneezing at night.

After that u go to work as a clown, make ppl laugh at ur lame jokes n silly antics, get tipped $$ by singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY for an old lady and then sit down to enjoy free RM 95++ buffet at 5 star restaurant.

u come back to watch online movies-'spartacus' is bloody gory awesome (yes jave helped me unblock the damn gov ban) and feel oh so happy.
then when evening comes it feels like ur sitting in a microwave oven so u pop over to Gurney for aircon (only)

and then take a dip at the fatty's condo pool. kicking screaming and making choo choo train noises while playing with the kids at the kids pool.

After screaming on the water slide u will feel kinda hungry n be treated to the BEST waffle ice cream (dark chocolate flavour -not sweet at all) @ Maxims tanjung bungah side.

Nothing better but a home made facial from Bunny to soothe the skin, ease the mind and SLEEP again =)
Ah..life is good. I thank God for everything i have today..

*NEXT AIM: get a shot of myself in a bikini as to suite the title of my bloggie! ;) *sucking in tummy  and holding breath skills must be practiced starting from now..*

Turkish bath anyone?

HI dear readers!!

i'm kinda high on teh tarik right now..
i chose this topic because....i came across turkish bath in thailand but its a whole new diff concept from the original one..lets start with our history lesson.

Oooo...fine arts of turkish bath. The original one does not promote nudity n such..u wish! haha

A Turkish bath (Turkish: Hamam) is the Turkish variant of a steam bath, sauna or Russian Bath, distinguished by a focus on water, as opposed to ambient steam.

In Western Europe, the Turkish bath as a method of cleansing the body and relaxation was particularly popular during the Victorian era. The process involved in taking a Turkish bath is similar to that of a sauna, but is more closely related to ancient Greek and ancient Roman bathing practices.

A person taking a Turkish bath first relaxes in a room (known as the warm room) that is heated by a continuous flow of hot, dry air allowing the bather to perspire freely. Bathers may then move to an even hotter room (known as the hot room) before splashing themselves with cold water. After performing a full body wash and receiving a massage, bathers finally retire to the cooling-room for a period of relaxation.

Traditionally, the masseurs in the baths, tellak in Turkish, were young men who helped wash clients by soaping and scrubbing their bodies.
They were recruited from among the ranks of the non-Muslim subject nations of the Turkish empire, such as Greeks, Armenians, Jews, Roma and others.
After the defeat and dismemberment of the Ottoman army in the early 20th century, the role of tellak boys was filled by adult attendants that scrub and give massages.

Oooo, splashing fun time!
oh it looks so fun! like being in a bubble wrap!

its like adult version of healthy bathroom bubble time!!

Moving on...
What caught my interest was the last time i went to Hatyai i also saw a "turkish bath" shop n took a photo of it..

the silly difference is in Thai, massage comes with an exciting view n extra-curricular activities after bubble session. haha

I dont know how true it is but according to my *sources* (cannot be revealed) Thai version of "Turkish Bath" is simple.

Rule no.1# - only guys are allowed to go in.
When they go in, they are positioned on the massage tables that face a mini swimming pool filled with......what else?

sexy petite exotic young things (in Thai we dont know which ones are really females) clad in bikinis!

u get ur massage session while watching them swim like little mermaids..u choose the girl of ur choice n she will lead u to a nice dark room and "teach" u extra "tuition" classes ...what type of "lesson" depends on the $$$ fee ur willing to pay the "tutor".

u get a limited 30 minutes of "lesson" time n then a knock comes on ur door. if ur a "slow learner" and dont start closing ur books n packing ur bag, the "headmaster" will come barging in and leave u in an awkward position! haha!

I find it disgusting and pitiful to have such practices n exploiting women for their flesh but apparently its a way of life to get out of poverty/ a matter of choice in their culture. (some are as young as 14!) . so what to do? nothing much apparently! (i will not go into the matter of corruption n lack of law enforcement...its boring n we are not much better off anyways.)

so the next time u stop by Thai..remember that Turkish Baths are NOT what they seem to be..dont be blur blur and tell the counter "hello! i want a bubble bath n massage!" =) hahahaha

(and also its 8 more days to my birthday..*ahem ahem)

okay, done with announcements..moving on the previous trip to hadyai, Thailand!
my biggest letdown is i DIDN'T GET TO SHOP much (go with boys what u expect lah) and i didn't get to take pictures during TIGER SHOW (they will confiscate ur hp/camera without return! omg)

we arrived around midnight in Thai and the boys we famished!

their custard buns thingy ! their shops still open till wee hours!

this was sold EVERYWHERE i mean like every stall nook and corner!

all their drinks came in glass bottles no such thing as cans/ plastics! this above is sugarcane!

duck noodles so so good! my fren ate 6 bowls himself!

candid shot of the full n sleepy me..

i was mesmerized at their 7eleven outlets. maybe its just as good as the overseas one but one could find anything, even a hot meal and CDS to watch 24/7 whereas malaysian ones are only famous for slurpee n condoms! haha!

they even had BRAND ESSENCE OF CHICKEN sold by bottles..omg..

i was like the frog coming out of its coconut shell!

everything is so thai including their rubbers! haha

next day, fatty enjoying the super creamy n tasty thai yogurt! ITS A BLAST!

pay fishing pond where we tried to nail mekong catfish but failed cause the fish outsmarted us! they are as big as me! i saw cause the guy next to us hauled up one

the owner's birdie was doing a cute thing by rocking himself backwards in his foodbowl!

i got bored of fishing so i head on to the mall!

GELATO frenzy i say!

Croc shoes literally! they had claws coming out of each toe! a popular item worn everywhere!

outside on the roads they sold a variety of seafood! so BIG TASTY N CHEAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

after shopping i went back to fishing pond where i nailed this little patin monster!

in between i got bored n played with my newly bought puppet ostrich!

hello people! i'm red!

i caught a few fishes but its a catch n release concept so i couldnt take ALOT of photos as the fish die easily..
the fishy below i did reel it in but too scared to touch it as it STANK of SHIT smell..
it looks at me with its big black beady eyes!

this is how Thai Baht looks like..its around 100 bath= Rm10.15 at that time.

dinner time was good spicy like hell TOMYAM at a dainty nice restaurant up the hill

pork knuckles was on the menu too! the rest could not be photographed as the boys ate faster than my camera click!

after dinner!

we went clubbing like everynight. notice how casual we dressed! their scene was diff, nobody danced except the pole dancer! haha

petrol in their country is almost rm4.50 per litre n how dare Malaysians complain!

after breakfast we ate all sorts of sweet tong sui..this is pumpkin soaked in honey n served with coconut milk. a total YUMMEH!

went for massage, hairwash n haircut! all in the same place!

iconic coke bottle sign in the middle of the city!

more shopping!

oh i love this photo so much! only the macD in Thai will 'wai' this way!
want some crickets? spicy too

interested in juicy fat grubs?

i am! i ate grubby n he just tasted SALTY like peanuts

hadyai floating market! it was mayhem madness down there!

when u buy the drink u get the clay cup together to bring home! how cool is that!

bright cheap jellies in all shapes n sizes

i heard of red eggs for babies but PINK EGGS?

shawn feeding his bro charlie!

welcome people!

later we headed to makro (wholesale outlet) to buy tons of famous chocolate stick biscuits called POCKY (renamed ROCKY in msia cause it sounds of a pink little harmful animal)

last night getting ready to go to a strip club! i couldnt take photos but after sometimes so much naked bodies n disrepect of it.. does NOT make u feel excited but kinda repulsed! yuck..
i know they dont do it outta choice but all these horny men r not helping them!

next day we walked like 5 kilometers around the wet market before it started raining n we sat the
(thai's taxi in the form of a small truck)
tuk tuk!

u will never see this powder sold in msia wan..i gurantee..

the whole trip only this beautiful ppg bag made my day! i saw it hanging at some shop n SCREAMED in delight, the pho kha( hawker) tot i was mad!

So this ends my 1st trip into hadyai! i plan to go BKK bangkok next n Phi phi islands as well!
money is always an obstable so i'll push Creampuff's ass to work harder so we can also visit Maryanne in HK again n ride the roller coasters in Disneyland! (ohh such a sweet sweet dream)...
