wedding combo!

NEVER in my wildest dreams i knew one day i would be attending my ex-bf wedding (70 odd frens attended) i remained so calm, heck i was thoroughly laughing and having a jolly good time as well. please lah all that crying and reminising and regreting belongs only in movies lah!

Many frens keep jabbing and whispering asking me whether i harbour jealously or hard feelings or feel akward being there. they asked whether i feel sad not being the bride on that special occasion. the plain answer is no.

It was not easy in the begining but after 6 years here we are; good frens that understand and respect each other with such a deep level that is indeed so hard to attained by many.btw, his the only ex thats still remains super close yet with boundaries.

how many ppl can still be civilised with their ex, what more attend the wedding? only a handful i say. What we had was the past. everything good remains, the sadness long forgotten. my advice? life is simple, learn to embrace forgiveness. the moment the heart lets go, the entire soul and body feels so so free and easy!

In conclusion, i'm sincerly happy for him.
the road of marriage is never a smooth rosy journey! there is NO SUCH THING AS A FAIRYTALE ending. only happens in disney cartoons kay!
gosh, listening to his pre weddings plans (from begining of last year til now) and finances and upkeeping the marriage itself is such a great responsiblity! all these are such complicated fussy things.
Thank God its not my time yet! haha! ;)

let singlehood be a lovely journey only i can take in this period of life!
